We use advanced people counting technology at our properties, including infrared sensors and video analytics, to accurately measure daily, weekly, and seasonal foot traffic patterns. For mall locations, we provide verified visitor statistics from the property management. All our traffic data is available to prospective tenants to help with their location decisions.

We offer flexible lease terms to suit different business needs: short-term 3-6 month pop-up leases, 1-2 year medium-term leases, and traditional 3-5 year leases with renewal options.
