What is the booking process?

Our booking process is simple: 1) Check availability for your preferred date 2) Schedule a venue tour 3) Sign the contract and pay the deposit (typically 30% of total) 4) Finalize event details with our coordinator 5) Pay remaining balance one week before event.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.), though we do have preferred vendors who know our venues well. Outside vendors must provide proof of insurance and may need to sign our vendor agreement. Some venues have kitchen access fees for outside caterers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event receive a full refund. 60-90 days prior: 50% refund. 30-60 days: 25% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund, though we may offer credit towards future bookings depending on circumstances. We recommend event insurance for high-value events.

Do you provide decorations?

Our venues come with basic decor (table linens, chair covers, simple centerpieces). We offer upgraded decoration packages through our preferred vendors, or you're welcome to bring/hire your own decorators. We can provide recommendations based on your theme and budget.

Is there a noise restriction?

Our venues follow local noise ordinances. Typically, outdoor music must conclude by 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Indoor venues have later cutoffs (1 AM) with proper soundproofing. We'll advise specific restrictions when you book based on your venue location.
